The operation of diesel generator sets has strict requirements. If you do not operate according to the specifications, you may be able to use it handily, but it is inevitable that the diesel generator will fail suddenly. So in order to protect the diesel generator, please use the machine strictly in accordance with our specifications. You must first understand that the operation of a diesel generator set consists of four parts, namely preparation before start, start-up, management during operation, and shutdown. Each of these four parts is very important and should not be ignored. We have compiled the specific operating procedures for your reference:

Diesel generators

1. Preparation before starting:

1. Keep the battery pack that starts the diesel generator set with electricity and reach the starting voltage. 2. Keep the cooling water level of the radiator normal and the circulating water valve normally open. 3. Keep the oil level of the crankcase within ±2CM of the scribe line on the dipstick. 4. The fuel tank volume is more than half, and the fuel supply valve is normally open. 5. The "Run-Stop-Auto" switch on the control panel of the diesel generator set is placed in the "Auto" position. 6. The mode switch of the power distribution panel of the diesel generator set is in the "automatic" position.

2. Start:

1. Check the diesel generator set body and surroundings for debris that hinders the operation, if any, it should be removed in time. 2. Check the oil level of the crankcase, the oil level of the fuel tank, and the water level of the radiator. If the oil level and water level are specified for public expenditure, they should be added to the normal position. 3. Check whether the fuel supply valve and cooling water stop valve of the diesel generator set are in the open position. 4. Check whether the voltage of the battery pack for starting the electric motor is normal. 5. Check the test button on the power distribution panel of the diesel generator set, and observe whether each alarm indicator is turned on or not. 6. Check whether the switches of the power distribution panel are in the open position, and whether the indicators of the meters are in the zero position. 7. Press the start button of the motive unit to start the operation. If the start fails, press the corresponding reset button on the power distribution panel. After the alarm is eliminated and the diesel generator set returns to normal state, the second start can be carried out. After starting, the machine running sound is normal, the cooling water pump running indicator light is on and the road meter indicates normal, the starting is successful.

3. Runtime management:

1. Check the indicators of the diesel generator set according to the specified time, pay attention to whether there is any change in the pressure of the lubricating oil and the temperature of the water. The pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than 150kPa, and the temperature of cooling water shall not be higher than 95℃.

2. Check the oil level of the crankcase of the diesel generator set, the oil level of the fuel tank, and the water level of the radiator. They should be supplemented if they are lower than the normal position.

3. Observe whether the gauges and alarm indicators of the diesel generator set power distribution panel are normal. When the light is on, it indicates that there is a fault, and the green light is an indication of normal operation.

4. Check whether the charger of the diesel generator set is charging normally.

5. Listen to whether the running sound of each part of the diesel generator set is normal.

6. Pay attention to whether the unit or electrical equipment has vague and other odors.

7. It is found that the diesel generator set has bad conditions, and it should be dealt with immediately.

8. When the diesel generator set is shut down due to a failure, the fault must be eliminated, and then press the repetitive hand switch on the engine set before the set can operate again.

9. For each operating parameter of the diesel generator set, record no less than twice per shift.

Four, shutdown:

1. The output feed switch of the main control panel is opened to disconnect the power grid.

2. The diesel generator set will stop after 10 minutes of idling operation.
